THE QUAI DE LA LOIRE RESIDENCE

Rooms and accommodation

The residence includes 167 student apartments:

  • 127 individual studio apartments, from 17 to 21 sq.m.
  • 40 two-person studio apartments, from 24 to 31 sq.m.

Every apartment has a bathroom and a kitchenette. 

Common areas

Residents enjoy the use of a cafeteria, study rooms, a laundry room and a bicycle storage area. 

Did you know?
In addition to student accommodation, the Quai de la Loire Residence also comprises exhibition areas and 37 artists’ workshops, managed by the City of Paris’s cultural affairs department.
